Russia’s Detsky Mir to open 1st store in Belarus in February

MOSCOW, Feb 5 (PRIME) -- Russia’s largest children goods retailer Detsky Mir plans to open its first store in Belarus in February, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.

“The first store of the retail chain will open its doors in the largest hypermarket Euroopt ... in Minsk in February 2019. The area of the debut store will amount to 1,690 square meters,” Detsky Mir said.

In Belarus, the group will develop under a renewed retail brand Detmir. The chain will offer over 30,000 items of goods for children under 12 years old.
